Customer Service

Customer Service is available to answer any questions or to receive customer suggestions, comments or complaints. When calling about a specific incident, please remember to provide the CA’s identification number, date, and time of call. Or, for assistance during a relay call, caller may ask to speak to a supervisor.

Customer Service will also accept requests for Relay Ohio brochures, outreach materials, presentations, or any other additional relay information.

Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO)

The PUCO oversees the service quality of 42 traditional local telephone companies in Ohio with more than 7.5 million telephone lines.
The PUCO regulates electric service to more than 4.6 million homes and businesses in Ohio.
The PUCO processes 65,000 truck safety inspections & performs 1,000 trucking company safety compliance reviews annually.
The PUCO regulates 44 water systems and 11 wastewater systems, which serve more than 342,000 Ohioans.
The PUCO is dedicated to continually improving the safety at more than 6,000 crossings of streets and railroad tracks.

Dayton Relay Center

Sprint has a contract with USA Relay, a subdivision of the non-profit firm Communications Service for the Deaf (CSD), of Sioux Falls, SD, to manage and operate the Dayton Relay Center. The Dayton Center handles 85% of the Ohio Relay traffic with the remaining traffic is handled through the South Carolina Center and others within the Sprint network. In addition, the Dayton Center absorbs out of state traffic calls. Sprint provides the access lines, equipment, hardware, software, ongoing technical support, platform enhancement, and marketing/outreach.

Relay Today Newsletter

Sign Up for your Relay Today newsletter online.

The new web based interfaces lets you log online to the Relay Today website and manage your subscription. There you can sign up or cancel the newsletter.

You will have the option to select how you would like to receive it. The options are:

view online, or
by html email that permits you to view it in your email without being online.
